Emergencies
If you are experiencing an emergency or are in immediate danger, call 911. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Please avoid sharing highly sensitive information over email or voicemail.
If you’re ready to explore therapy or have a quick question, the best next step is to call or email. If you prefer to start with a free consultation, you can also schedule a free 15 minute consultation here.
In-person sessions are available in Mission Viejo, with clients coming from across South Orange County. Online therapy is also available anywhere in California.
What to Expect When You Reach Out
I know that reaching out to a therapist can feel like a big step, especially if you have tried before and did not hear back. That will not happen here. I personally read and respond to every email and voicemail, typically within one business day.
When you contact me, we will set up a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is not an intake or an interview. It is a brief conversation where we talk about what is going on, what you are looking for in a therapist, and whether this feels like a good fit. There is no pressure to commit during that call.
If we decide to move forward, I will walk you through the next steps: paperwork, scheduling your first full session, and what to expect when you come in. If I am not the right fit for what you need, I will do my best to point you toward someone who is. Either way, you will hear back from me.
