Serving South Orange County From Mission Viejo
My practice is based in Mission Viejo, in the heart of South Orange County. From here, I serve clients throughout the region: busy professionals from Irvine, families from Ladera Ranch, couples from Laguna Niguel, and individuals from communities across South County and beyond.
South Orange County is a place of tremendous achievement and opportunity. But it is also a place where people feel tremendous pressure. Pressure to succeed. Pressure to appear like everything is fine. Pressure to handle problems privately, even when they are too heavy to carry alone.
I understand that context. I know what it is like to live in a community where image matters, where admitting struggle can feel risky, where asking for help takes courage. My practice is built around safety, confidentiality, and the belief that everyone deserves support, no matter how successful they appear on the outside.
Communities I Serve
While my office is in Mission Viejo, I regularly work with clients from communities throughout the region. Each community has its own character and its own pressures. I have taken time to understand those differences so I can meet each client where they are.

A Trauma-Informed Approach
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and nervous-system-aware. That means I understand that past experiences shape how you feel and respond in the present. It means I pay attention to your body, not just your words. It means we move at a pace that respects your readiness, never pushing faster than you can go.
Depending on what you need, our work together might include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or somatic techniques. I also offer equine-assisted therapy for those who might benefit from working with horses.
The goal is not to fix you, because you are not broken. The goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, heal what needs healing, and build a life that actually feels like yours.
Services
I offer individual therapy for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. Couples counseling helps partners rebuild connection, improve communication, and repair trust. Family therapy addresses patterns that affect the whole household.
Intentional living coaching is available for those at a crossroads who want clarity about their direction. And online therapy makes care accessible throughout California, regardless of location.
My specialties include trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, addiction recovery, and life transitions.
Who I Work With
I work with adults who are ready to stop just managing and start actually healing. Many of my clients are high-functioning people who look successful but feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected inside. Others are navigating specific challenges: a relationship in crisis, trauma from the past, a life transition that has thrown them off balance.
I also work with couples who want to rebuild connection and families who need help communicating better. What all my clients share is a desire for something to change, and the courage to seek support in making that change happen.
Office Location
My office is located in Mission Viejo at 27285 Las Ramblas, Suite 232. The building is near the intersection of Los Alisos Boulevard and Marguerite Parkway, easily accessible from the 5 Freeway, the 73 Toll Road, or surface streets.
Parking is free. The office is designed to feel calm and private, a space apart from the demands of daily life. Most South Orange County communities are within 10 to 20 minutes. Irvine and Newport Beach are typically 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.
If in-person sessions do not fit your schedule or location, online therapy is available throughout California.
Taking the First Step
If you are ready to explore therapy, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This is a chance to share a little about what is going on, ask any questions, and see if working together feels right.
You can schedule through the appointment page or call me directly at (949) 391-9882. There is no pressure. Just an open door.
Whatever you are carrying, you do not have to carry it alone. Support is available, and it can make a real difference.
